The Montreal Fertility Centre was founded by Dr. Marinko Biljan in 2002 with the intent of providing patients requiring fertility care with the highest degree of personalized, evidence-based reproductive care within a friendly state-of-the-art facility. Today, the Montreal Fertility Centre’s unique patient-focused vision continues with the leadership of Dr. Neal Mahutte and Dr. Sophia Ouhilal. Both Dr. Mahutte and Dr. Ouhilal are certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility.

Our mission is to offer a discreet and comfortable setting where the most innovative treatments are offered. Our treatments include ovulation induction, superovulation, ultrasound monitoring, intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), laser assisted hatching, embryo cryopreservation, donor insemination and donor oocytes. We also offer treatments for polycystic ovarian syndrome and recurrent pregnancy loss.

We are dedicated to providing recent advances in reproductive medicine in a thoughtful, non-discriminatory manner. We also take the time to explain all your options, to involve you in the decision-making process and to use technology so that you can better understand biologic processes.

We understand the difficulties our patients experience when requesting time off from work to attend medical appointments. We make every effort to schedule appointments in a manner that respects your time and privacy. We are also able to perform all essential investigations at the centre at the time of your medical appointments.
